Year 2 Team Challenge Day
Year 2 Team Challenge Day On Friday the Year 2 team put our learning into action in our team challenge day. In the morning the children got ready for an exciting day by getting into small teams and creating a wristband that showed which team they belonged to. We then went down to the Gym to do a round of team challenges - with the aim of practising our teamwork. Some of our Year 8 students came to help us and worked with the children to help them complete their challenges. After reflecting on their teamwork from the morning, the children competed against other teams in an afternoon of challenges on the field. They had a fantastic time doing an egg and spoon race, relays using water balloons, cup, sponges, hurdles, sack races and a tug of war.
